Most residential visits range from $139 to $659, depending on the home's size, condition, service type, room count, and selected add-ons. Build your estimate below for personalized pricing.
Homes over 4,000 sq ft and properties requiring assessment. These are quoted individually after a walkthrough so the scope and time are right for the property. Contact us to arrange an assessment.
How pricing and payment work.
Pricing Residential
- Base price is set by home size and service type
- Each size includes a set number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Additional rooms are charged at a published rate
- Recurring savings begin with the second completed service
- The first visit is priced as an initial or one-time cleaning
- A minimum residential service charge of $129 applies
- Homes not cleaned recently begin with a deep cleaning
Payment Deposit
- Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment
- We review the request and send a final invoice
- First-time and one-time bookings require a 50% deposit
- The deposit is due within 24 hours of the invoice
- The balance is due before cleaning begins on the service date
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received
