About these terms

These terms govern use of this website and requests submitted through it. Confirmed cleaning services are governed separately by the written estimate, scope of work, recurring service agreement, or facility services agreement provided to confirmed customers.

Estimates, bookings and pricing

Prices displayed on this website are estimates. The final price is confirmed after review. Booking requests are not immediately confirmed. A 50% deposit is required for first-time and one-time residential bookings; the deposit is due within 24 hours after the invoice is delivered, and the remaining balance is due no later than the service date and before cleaning begins. Recurring discounts begin with the second completed service, and customers must maintain the agreed schedule to retain recurring pricing.

Property information

Property conditions must be disclosed accurately. Additional charges may apply if the property differs materially from the information submitted. Yasaymo Eco Cleaning may decline unsafe or unsuitable properties.

Products and scope

Product choices vary by cleaning need and surface, and not every requested product is appropriate for every service. Customers are responsible for pets, safe access, valuables, working utilities, and parking arrangements. Cleaning does not guarantee stain removal, restoration, the return of a security deposit, or a successful inspection.

Commercial services

Commercial, medical, dental, veterinary, and professional office services require a separate assessment and written proposal. Specialized clinical, sterile, hazardous, and regulated services are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Concerns and liability

If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us promptly with specific details; we will review it against the agreed scope and determine an appropriate resolution. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with website use or services is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website content belongs to Yasaymo Eco Cleaning and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
